    裝載機(jī)液壓缸內(nèi)漏如何判定?

    將裝載機(jī)動(dòng)臂落到底,然后啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),將動(dòng)臂操縱桿置于下降位置,加大油門(mén)根據(jù)松開(kāi)動(dòng)臂缸大腔接口處的漏油情況即可判斷小腔油封的好壞。

    1、若大腔接口處漏油比較多,則說(shuō)明該缸油封密封不良或油封損壞;若松開(kāi)處接口不漏油或漏油很少,則說(shuō)明該動(dòng)臂缸小腔油封密封性能較好。

    2、大腔油封損壞,就會(huì)造成升起的動(dòng)臂自動(dòng)下落,其判斷方法與小腔油封判定方法相反。也可用此法來(lái)判斷裝載機(jī)的翻斗缸或轉(zhuǎn)向缸的某一缸油封以及非對(duì)稱式液壓缸的某一腔油封的密封情況。

    3、原來(lái)未更換轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)向閥總成之前,雖然轉(zhuǎn)向油路壓力高,但因轉(zhuǎn)向閥磨損內(nèi)漏較大,加上轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)間隙較大,故用舊轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)向閥總成時(shí)反而合適,前輪不發(fā)擺;更換新件后,因轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)間隙變小,轉(zhuǎn)向閥內(nèi)漏也減少,從而使轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)油路反應(yīng)過(guò)于靈敏,出現(xiàn)前輪發(fā)擺現(xiàn)象。
