裝載機的蓄能器的保養策略

裝載機蓄能器是一種把液壓油的壓力能貯存起來，待需要時再把壓力能釋放出去的儲能裝置，有蓄能器有活塞式和氣囊式兩大類。一般蓄能器發生故障主要是接頭漏氣、密封圈損壞或缸壁拉傷等。如發現蓄能器失去作用，即可初步判斷氣壓降低或油、氣兩腔因密封圈失效(或缸壁損傷)而互相串通，應進行檢查。
   
1、將蓄能器從機械上拆下前，搬運及需要拆開檢查其蓋時，必須首先將氣放盡，在確認沒有氣壓后方可進行；

2、蓄能器應充惰性氣體，如氮氣。不得充填氧氣、壓縮空氣或其它易燃氣體；

3、蓄能器安裝(在設備上)完畢后才能充氮氣。充氣時，應緩慢地打開充氣閥，待活塞被推移到盡頭(從聲音上可聽出)而無異?，F象后，再使充氣壓力達到規定值，并檢查有無漏氣；
