1、先放盡濟南裝載機變速器內的液壓油，然后拆下變速器端蓋上的10個固定螺栓，取下端蓋；用2個M10的螺栓擰進中間輸出齒輪的起吊螺孔內，將直接擋裝配體取出；擰下中蓋板上8個固定螺栓，取出I擋油缸總成與I擋活塞裝配體；取下15個彈簧和彈簧銷軸；取下I擋離合器主、從動摩擦片，再取出I擋內齒圈和余下的從動片及主動片；取出I擋行星輪架與倒擋內齒圈裝配體。
