裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)泄漏是怎么回事？

裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)是裝載機(jī)配件中比較重要的一個配件，一旦出現(xiàn)問題就會導(dǎo)致整個裝載機(jī)無法工作，常見的一種的問題是液壓系統(tǒng)泄漏。山東裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的泄漏主要有兩種，一是固定不動部位密封的泄漏；二是滑動部位密封的泄漏，亦可分為內(nèi)泄漏和外泄漏。內(nèi)泄漏主要產(chǎn)生在液壓閥、液壓泵及液壓缸內(nèi)部油液從高壓腔流向低壓腔；外泄漏主要產(chǎn)生在液壓系統(tǒng)的液壓管路、液壓閥、液壓缸和液壓泵的外部，即向零部件的外面滲漏。具體表現(xiàn)為管接頭、密封件、元件接合面、殼體及系統(tǒng)自身原因而引起的油液泄漏。
