裝載機離合器失效前會出現(xiàn)哪些異常情況？

1、雖然裝載機還可以工作，但變速器內的油液早已變質，粘度下降并含有金屬雜質，因此應在推薦的換油間隔期以前更加頻繁地分析變速器的油樣。因為山東裝載機離合器磨損是變速器故障擴大的標志，如果金屬雜質進人齒輪副或卡住齒輪使其不能對中，若再不停機就會研碎變速器中的其他構件。
