發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障的原因分析

1、活塞頂燒穿、活塞局部燒蝕。這可能由于噴油器出現(xiàn)故障導(dǎo)致的，或者點(diǎn)火過(guò)早，再就是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒壓力過(guò)大，超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行。

2、活塞傾斜運(yùn)行。這是因?yàn)榍B桿機(jī)構(gòu)中的個(gè)別件出現(xiàn)變形、扭曲、不均勻磨損，或曲軸竄動(dòng)。

3、活塞頭部損傷。這是因?yàn)闈?rùn)滑不良或機(jī)油品質(zhì)不好，再就是可能進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障，進(jìn)入的空氣不潔。

5、銷孔內(nèi)側(cè)壓裂。這是因?yàn)楣┯土窟^(guò)多，點(diǎn)火或供油提前角過(guò)大；不適宜的燃油；增壓壓力過(guò)高；超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行等因素引起過(guò)大機(jī)械負(fù)荷將銷孔壓裂。
