濟南裝載機生活中應該如何維護?

1、一般氣溫在5℃以下,發動機起動前應加熱水或蒸汽進行預熱,待預熱到30~40℃以上再進行起動。

2、當氣溫低于0℃時，應定時檢查防凍液濃度，同時禁止使用未經處理的水作為發動機的冷卻液；每天工作完后應將水箱下水室、發動機、機油冷卻器及變矩器油冷卻器里的冷卻水放出，以免凍裂；貯氣筒內有水汽,經常排放，防止凍結，致使剎車失靈。如果已加防凍液,可不放出。

3、冬季車輛使用相對困難,建議每次啟動不應超過8秒,如不能啟動,應松開啟動開關,待停車1分鐘后再作第二次啟動。

4、要在柴油機的水溫高于55℃、機油溫度高于45℃時才允許進行全負荷運轉;作業時發動機的水溫和油溫不應超過95℃,變矩器的油溫不應超過110℃。
