    裝載機柴油機功率下降的原因有哪些?

    裝載機發生柴油機功率下降的現象經常發生,主要原因可能是柴油機制造質量沒有達到設計標準,導致裝載機柴油機功率減弱。那么導致山東裝載機柴油機功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢?
    1、裝載機中連桿軸頸回轉半徑或活塞銷至頂部尺寸不合適,裝載機柴油機功率變弱,導致運行時活塞撞擊缸蓋,沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭,使其工作不正常面斷裂。

    4、柴油機缸壁間隙過小、活塞裙部橢圓度太小,導致運行時活塞膨脹,與缸套的摩擦力增大甚至咬死,致使連桿小頭受力超出設計應力而斷裂。連桿大頭在軸頸上無端隙、曲軸軸向推力軸承軸向、間隙太小、連桿大小頭軸瓦中心線不平行等,造成活塞偏磨,連桿小頭受彎曲力的作用而斷裂。活塞與套的間隙不正確,無潤滑。
