裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率下降的原因有哪些?

裝載機(jī)發(fā)生柴油機(jī)功率下降的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生,主要原因可能是柴油機(jī)制造質(zhì)量沒有達(dá)到設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率減弱。那么導(dǎo)致山東裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢?
1、裝載機(jī)中連桿軸頸回轉(zhuǎn)半徑或活塞銷至頂部尺寸不合適,裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率變?nèi)酰瑢?dǎo)致運(yùn)行時活塞撞擊缸蓋,沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭,使其工作不正常面斷裂。
