山東裝載機發(fā)動機不工作應該怎么辦？

在大家使用山東裝載機的過程中，經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)裝載機發(fā)動機不工作的現(xiàn)象，導致這種現(xiàn)象的原因有很多，比如發(fā)動機繼電器的觸摸點氧化、燒蝕、不能閉合，導線銜接處松脫、觸摸不良，蓄電池儲存電量太少等等，那么遇到這種問題時，應該如何處理呢？

1、查看導線銜接處是不是可靠，根據(jù)燈火強弱或喇叭音量巨細，初步判別蓄電池是不是放電過多，若放電過多，彌補充電即可。

2、查看發(fā)動機電磁開關。用導線短接發(fā)動機前方接線柱與電磁開關接線柱，若發(fā)動機不滾動，闡明電磁開關有毛病，應拆開維修；若滾動，應查看發(fā)動繼電器。

3、用導線短接發(fā)動機兩接線柱，若發(fā)動機仍不滾動，則可斷定毛病在發(fā)動機內部，可進一步判別。若發(fā)動機正常滾動，闡明毛病部位能夠在電磁開關、發(fā)動繼電器。

4、查看發(fā)動繼電器時，用導線短接其兩個接線柱，若發(fā)動機滾動，則闡明發(fā)動繼電器有毛病。有能夠常開觸點處氧化而觸摸不良，可用砂紙打磨或替換。

5、發(fā)動繼電器與電磁開關接線柱之間的銜接導線有搭鐵、斷路或銜接處有松動；也有可能是發(fā)動開關失靈，可作進一步查看。
