裝載機離合器使用注意事項

裝載機離合器需要定期清潔殼體，檢查調(diào)整分離間隙、定期注入潤滑脂，必要時清洗摩擦片上的油漬，必須正確使用妥善保養(yǎng)。

1、在安裝裝載機離合器時，應(yīng)在分離軸承內(nèi)腔填滿鈣基潤滑脂，本機分離軸承外部設(shè)有黃油嘴，應(yīng)定期限量地注入凡士林(黃油)。分離離合器時，動作要迅速，并徹底分離。

2、接合離合器時，應(yīng)緩慢放松踏板，使之柔和平穩(wěn)地接合。應(yīng)先用定位心軸插入軸承內(nèi)，以使主、副摩擦片總成的花鍵孔與飛輪同心，便于變速器總成的連接安裝。

3、離合器分離時間不宜過長，一般不超過15-20s。

4、控制車速不要用離合器半分離的辦法，以免摩擦片和分離軸承迅速磨損。同時，在行駛時，不要把腳放在離合器踏板上。
