裝載機離合器使用注意事項

裝載機離合器需要定期清潔殼體，檢查調整分離間隙、定期注入潤滑脂，必要時清洗摩擦片上的油漬，必須正確使用妥善保養。
1、在安裝裝載機離合器時，應在分離軸承內腔填滿鈣基潤滑脂，本機分離軸承外部設有黃油嘴，應定期限量地注入凡士林(黃油)。分離離合器時，動作要迅速，并徹底分離。

3、離合器分離時間不宜過長，一般不超過15-20s。

4、控制車速不要用離合器半分離的辦法，以免摩擦片和分離軸承迅速磨損。同時，在行駛時，不要把腳放在離合器踏板上。
