裝載機膠管壽命如何延長？

裝載機膠管的壽命長短不僅決定于產品的質量好壞，還決定與日常的保養。在產品質量沒有問題的保障下，更換大口徑膠管的時候，膠管的長度、鋼絲的層數、接頭形狀和尺寸都要盡量在合理的范圍內，且應盡量減小膠管的彎曲程度；在擰緊接頭螺母時，不能使膠管發生扭曲，過大的彎曲和扭曲會很大程度上降低膠管的使用壽命。
1、高壓膠管及膠管總成只能用于輸送所設計的物料，否則會減少使用壽命或失效。

2、高壓膠管以及膠管總成只能在它的承受范圍內使用，不應在超過設計工作壓力的壓力下使用。

4、高壓膠管及膠管總成不應該在小于膠管最小彎曲半徑下使用，避免在靠近管接頭處發生彎曲或折曲的情況，否則會阻礙液壓傳遞及輸送物料或損壞。
