通過對裝載機駕駛人員的強化培訓，使學員熟練掌握裝載機的安全操作規(guī)程及施工中的各項操作技巧，了解裝載機的各項技術指標，能夠?qū)ΤＲ姽收线M行分析、排除。
1、學習裝載機的操作與保養(yǎng)、維修知識，備有各種車型供學員實習。

2、學習裝載機（鏟車）的用途、型號、分類等內(nèi)容，學習裝載機的安全操作知識，在實際操作中的起步、推土、裝車、填坑、整平、放料、起重、移庫、行駛、轉向等。
